We didn’t go out in the morning, we just rest at home. At 6pm, we went out to the pier ready for the boat trip to watch the firework.

It was one of the coldest new year in 16 years in hk, it was around 8 degrees and we were out in the sea.

We drove from Kowloon city pier to causeway bay, it was only a short journey. However, we were standing outside the pier for 30 to 45 min with the cold wind plus rain blowing on us, one of the uncle was late and all the babies had to stand outside to eat wind. Ed was simply sick the next day, Dr said some wind has gone inside his little body.

While we were on the boat, the kids were enjoying themselves. Cassie was happy to meet her cousin for the first time and Tracy Chung is much older than Cassie so she knows how to play with her.

Ed was busy eating his lollipop. Hannah didn’t have dinner, so she was eating cake.

Fireworks at night means tiring, but Cassie has been asking for it for some time so I asked Dad whether we can go out on the boat for fireworks. Then grandpa asked for the boat from my godfather, so here we are…

Cassie was very happy to be on the boat with so many ppl and no need to go to bed early too.
